If your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours and share an unboxing video as proof and email us at contact@vivikthaa.com. Once approved, you can return the product. If the same item is available, we will send a replacement; if not, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days after approval. Currently, we only accept returns for damaged items with valid proof. Returns for reasons such as change of mind are not allowed.
